Discover Chacchoben Mayan Ruins: Journey to the ancient place of Mayan pilgrimage known today as Chacchoben, “The Place of Red Corn”. Join your guided tour through the ruins located deep in the Mayan Jungle and learn about the sacred temples and other structures. See original red paint on the stucco walls of one of the pyramids and the temple where a mural was found showing the astronomical positions of the planet Venus.

Climb Basamento Temple: You will have the privilege of climbing the Gran Basamento temple. Here, archaeologists found ceremonial offerings dating to around 1,000 B.C. Explore temples I and II for a breathtaking view of the jungle from above the treetops.

Uchbenkah Hidden Lake: Once you arrive at Uchbenkah, you will immediately fall for its natural vibe. The Uchbenkah Lake is a natural wonder since its formation is the result of the sweet and fresh water that comes from the “cenotes” or “eyes of water” and the underground rivers around the region. Sunbathe on a sun lounger and take a swim in the blue lagoon. Feeling fully relaxed, well fed and in good spirits, your transfer awaits to return you to the ship.
