Taormina by Land: Perched 700 ft. above sea level, Taormina offers a captivating vista of the Bay of Naxos. Discover the rich history of this remarkable enclave at your leisure by exploring its medieval quarter and paying a visit to the remnants of the Greek Theater, an architectural marvel dating back to the 3rd century B.C. From there, you can relish awe-inspiring panoramas of Mount Etna. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the stylish Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the vibrant thoroughfare of Corso Umberto, adorned with charming boutiques and inviting cafes.

Taormina by Sea: Drive to Giardini Naxos where you will board the boat for an unforgettable tour in the Taormina Bay. During your boat tour, you'll see the Coral Grotto and Lovers Grotto, then proceed to the Bay of Taormina which includes Capo Taormina, the prickly pear rock. After sailing around Isola Bella, you'll visit the Bay of Mazzarò. During a short stop, a refreshment with fresh fruit will be served. It is also possible to swim near Isola Bella before coming back to the pier. Reboard your bus for the return drive to the ship.
