Wine and Cheese Tasting: Hawke’s Bay is an award-winning producer of wines and cheese. While the district produces excellent sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, and pinot noir, the latest focus has been on cabernet, merlot, malbec, and syrah.
Requirements and Restrictions: Minimum age to participate in wine tasting – 18 years.
What to Bring: Comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to weather conditions, hat, jacket, biodegradable sunscreen, bottled water, and local currency/credit cards.
Good to Know: Any wine purchases will not be available for consumption on board. They will be safely kept by security staff and returned upon disembarkation in your home port.
