Transportation MSY Airport to Pier

You focus on vacation, we’ll keep our eyes on the road. Take advantage of our transportation from New Orleans International Airport and the Port of New Orleans on the day of embarkation. Guests may purchase transfers up to 2 days prior to their sail date. Flight and Transfer Times:
To purchase Carnival’s transfer service, the guest’s flight must arrive at New Orleans International Airport no later than 1:00 PM on the day of their cruise. Transfer service will be provided between 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

Transportation Instructions:
After collecting luggage, guests should proceed towards the Private Transportation area; the transfer service representative will be located between Door 3 and Door 4. Once there, the representative will escort the guests to the pier transportation. Guests who arrive prior to the sail date, must return to the airport no later than 10:00 AM on the day of sailing to meet with a representative at the aforementioned meeting point.

Guests who purchase their own air are required to provide flight information via Online Check-In when purchasing transfers. Changes to flight details are the responsibility of the guest and must be re-entered into Online Check-In no later than 2 days prior to their cruise. Carnival is not responsible for providing transfers to guests who schedule flights outside of the service times (listed above) or provide incorrect flight information.

Conditions and Restrictions:
The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Carnival reserves the right to discontinue transfer service at any time. Prices and acceptable flight times are subject to change without notice.
